Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Full Leg Waxing.

Most clients enjoy smooth legs for three to six weeks depending on hair growth, hormonal factors, and aftercare. Regular waxing often leads to finer regrowth and longer intervals between appointments over time.

Some discomfort is normal, particularly the first session, but our therapists use gentle techniques and pre-wax numbing options for sensitive clients. Communication during service ensures adjustments to pressure and wax temperature to keep you comfortable.

Exfoliate gently 48 hours before to remove dead skin, avoid moisturizers on the day, and ensure hair is roughly quarter-inch to half-inch long. Arrive clean and communicate any medications or skin conditions.

Waxing can sometimes lead to ingrown hairs if follicles become trapped. We minimize risk with correct exfoliation, professional technique, and soothing post-wax care. Regular gentle exfoliation and recommended serums reduce incidence significantly.

Hair should be at least quarter-inch long, typically two to three weeks after shaving. Waxing requires enough length for the wax to grip the hair effectively for safe, clean removal.

Certain conditions like sunburn, open wounds, active infections, recent chemical peels, or use of retinoids/Accutane require postponement. Inform your therapist about medications, medical history, and skin sensitivities for safe treatment.
