Most clients experience smoothness for about three to six weeks depending on hair growth cycles and hormones. Regular appointments can extend intervals; factors like medications, hormones, and skin type influence regrowth timing.

You may feel a quick sting as hair is removed, but treatments are brief. Estheticians use efficient techniques, warm wax, and calming products; breathing, topical numbing, or scheduling during lower-sensitivity times can reduce discomfort.

Ensure hair is about a quarter inch long, cleanse the area, and avoid exfoliating or retinoids for several days. Avoid sunburn and heavy makeup; inform us about medications or recent skin treatments beforehand.

For optimal results, hair should be approximately a quarter inch (about six millimeters). Shorter stubble may not grip the wax; if hair is too long we'll trim slightly for a neat, comfortable service.

When performed by trained estheticians using proper technique and aftercare, risks are minimal. Sensitive skin or certain medications increase risk of irritation or pigmentation. Patch tests and consultation help determine suitability and reduce complications.

We recommend waiting at least twenty-four hours before applying makeup or heavy lip products. Keep the area clean and use gentle, fragrance-free balms; avoid exfoliation, intense heat, or sun exposure for forty-eight hours.
